Some great bowling at the recent Comp up in Washington recently. All 4 of our bowlers competed in Division 4 of the Doubles squad, and not 1 missed out on a prize.
Evie & Isaac : placed 3rd gaining them a £30 cash prize, a certificate & Medal each.
Phoebe & Mel : placed 1st gaining them a £55 cash prize, a certificate & Medal each.
Mel also placed 2nd overall in the Girl’s singles, gaining her a £45 cash prize along with a certificate & Medal.
Phoebe also won on the raffle & picked up a giant Elephant teddy, that was nearly as big as her, much to Steve’s delight.
Both Evie & Mel bowled new Personal Bests which I will detail in a later post.
Once again, well done to everyone who competed, you did amazingly!
