A simple practice for your Wednesday.
Pause whatever you’re doing.
Place both feet on the floor.
Take a slow breath in for a count of four.
Hold for two.
Exhale for six.
Repeat three to five times…..or longer ….
Notice:
Your shoulders softening.
Your jaw relaxing.
Your mind becoming a little quieter.
Sometimes the smallest practices create the biggest shifts.
