Chasing was a struggle after a difficult start, Anthony Fernandez 24 the top run scorer, the 3s play next weekend v Heywood 3s as we hope to bounce back.

4s were in a great game vs Friarmere 3s which saw the game tied for 13 balls before Joe Robinson smashed one through midwicket for 4 a great game to watch.

In the chase a fine innings from Josh Mellor of 18, aayush Shrivistava 17, Awais Khan 17 including a 6 over the clubhouse and Joe Robinson 8* holding his nerve at the end after an excellent day with the gloves to bring the 5 points home for the 4XI.

A fantastic couple of days for the teams starting with a T20 win last night.

Into today where the 1XI picked up 6 points with an unbelievable spell of opening bowling from Tom Rayson 6-21 & Sanket Vyas 4-27 bowling Werneth for 48 to knock it off 0 down Ayaz Choudhury 25* Mohsin Raza 19*

A great win also for the 2XI Haris Bilal 5-30 and knocked off 5 down.

Tomorrow the 3s Travel to Glodwick and the 4XI host Friarmere bar open from 1pm

A comfortable win in the first T20 game of the season last night v Ashton Ladysmith with us chasing 111 in just 9 overs.

The 3s travel to top of the table Glodwick.

1XI bounce back strong from last weekends disappointment with a 6 point win v Bolton Indians Sanket Vyas 4-35 & Tom Rayson 3-35. Ramis Mustafa 32* & Tom Rayson 24*

2XI unfortunately fell short away at Wythenshawe but a fantastic spell from Harris Khan 7-37 the stand out performance from the game.

The 3XI travel to Westhoughton this afternoon in the GMCL Sunday Championship.
