I am extremely disappointed with the training Hammer. I expected it to be in one piece. How do I put it together. I have know instructions & haven't a clue how to put it together. I am extremely upset. Could you please take it back as I can't use it like this.

Athletics Direct will be attending Vault Manchester on Sat 20th Jan.
