Another week completed with Nutty's Running Squad, starts Mon with C25K were everyone is doing fantastic, over 1/2 way now keep it going!
Tue is a steady run 2.5-4mls depending on who turns up, then this Thursday was reps I ran down to Stamford boating lake to warm up 4.45k then warm up jog with the group, slight incline reps 170mtrs with 2min walk recovery x6 then jog back to carpark to stretch, and finally warm down run back home 4.45k.
Seeing some really good running from everyone at the moment, peoples style form and cadence changing as they improve and become more consistant. Which grows confidence trying to out sprint me? π
