Founded by Barrie Robinson, a passionate road and indoor cyclist for the past 25 years and a fully qualified spinning instructor. Come and join us in our private studio, where we offer dedicated and specialist spin classes. With full instructions provided, we cater for all levels from spinning novice to experience cyclist. Whether you are training for an event or just looking to get into shape, spinning is a fantastic exercise.

Raid Alpine Last Day
Valberg to Nice 94miles with 1800m of climbing to get to the sea. Amazing gorges to drop through especially Cian gorge. Now time for celebratory beers

Raid Alpine Day 5
Sunshine again 85miles and 3500m of elevation. Tuff day but the weather was kind. Over the top of the Vars then onto the highest pass the Col du Bonnet at over 2800m then a super descent to climb the Col du Couillole then finish in Valberg. One more day now to get to Nice

Valloire to Vars 73 miles and 3200m
Every season today with atmospheric conditions on the Galibier with sunshine and warm temperatures in Briancon then freezing cold temps on the Col de I’isoard with hale and thunder and lightning knocking local power out. Such a difficult descent in the conditions but then the Vars was sunny

St Foy to Valloire over the mighty Col de I’Iseran and Telegraph with 80 miles and over 3000. The weather so grim and wet from the start making it so cold at the top. Riders did so well today

Tough day Cold du Aravis, Seises, Pre and Comert du Roseland before a great descent to Bourge st Maurice and and on to St Foy

Big today with Col Des Moises, Terramont, Jambaz, Ramaz and Colombiere to finish before descending to La Clusaz
