Sometimes the smallest gifts can spark the biggest changes ✨

Back in January, one of my lovely friends/clients gave me a little key ring with a note that said, “For your happy place.” She jokingly said it could be for my future studio… but something about that tiny gesture really stayed with me.

For so long, I’d been dreaming of creating my own studio space — taking my business out of the house and into the garden. But with rising costs and building prices, that dream had started to feel further and further away.

Then that little key ring became the push I needed. A reminder to stop waiting, get my act together, and create not just a happy place for my clients… but for ME too 🤍

So… I’m so excited to finally say that last Friday, I paid the deposit for my very own garden studio! 🌿✨

Building starts in June, and by September 2026, I’ll be opening the doors for Pilates & Reformer classes in a space I’ve dreamed about for so long.

A brand new chapter is beginning, and I can’t wait to share the whole journey with you 🏡💫

Despite a wonderful summer, I found myself exhausted — running on empty, with nothing left to give to the people around me. No words can fully capture what this weekend meant; it was nourishment for both body and mind. A moment to pause, reflect, and refill my cup — which now feels full and overflowing.

We laughed, cried, shared advice, ate incredible food, soaked up the sunshine, swam, sauna’d, received treatments, practiced yoga and meditation, and so much more.

If you’re reading this and have ever hesitated to book something like this for yourself — this is your sign to go for it. You will never regret it 🧡💛🤎
