Vaishali reached out to me from California.

Second baby. Career. A body she didn’t recognise anymore. And a belief, like most people carry into this, that getting results would mean restriction, sacrifice, and giving up the foods that felt like home.

Jat spent nearly two decades hiding his body, not obese, just enough to stay silent about it.
