I was frazzled as both were on at the same time! Didn't need to as the organisers were so lovely at being flexible. I just need to chill out 🙈🤣😭 I was happy in the end I guess and the weather was lovely. Desperately need to get more discus throws in. Long season though 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Literally so happy today....beat my pb by 0.34m!! And to think at the beginning of the week I wanted to quit due to various dramas etc. NOPE. Not this bitch....conditions were beautiful. Perfectly smooth throwing circle.

I legit cried after my first throw because I didn't think it had gone that far and it just makes all the work I'm putting in worth it. 💜💜💜

Perfect day for throwing. Fingers crossed for a good result and if not....well that's ok too x
