We are all fully qualified Level 3 Body Control Pilates instructors teaching both group matwork classes and private lessons. Suitable for all ages and abilities, Pilates helps to improve your posture, flatten your tummy, tone your muscles, relieve unwanted stress and tension and reduce back, neck and shoulder pain.

Why does Pilates feel SO good? 🤍

It’s that perfect combination of strengthening, stretching, controlled movement and breathing.

You’re working muscles you probably don’t think about very often, moving stiff joints, releasing built-up tension and giving your brain something to focus on other than the million things on your to-do list.

You walk in feeling stiff and sluggish.

You walk out feeling stronger, stretched out and like someone has put your body back together again. 😂

There’s a reason we keep coming back for more.

With this exercise, it's not about how far the carriage moves. It's about staying connected through your core and moving with control.

Only go as far as you can while keeping your lower back supported. For one person that might be a few inches. For someone else, it might be much further.

Pilates isn't about comparing yourself to anyone else. It's about finding the movement that works for your body.
