One of my favourite reminders that fitness doesn’t mean cutting out the foods you love — it’s about balance, portion control, and consistency.

You don’t have to eat plain chicken and rice every night to get results. You can enjoy real, satisfying meals and still make progress toward your goals.

Still here, still working hard, just not on social media so much.

To be honest, it's been quite nice not having to worry about trends or insights recently. Its meant I've had more time to focus on my clients and give them the PT they deserve.

All of whom are getting fantastic results and working harder than ever. I couldn't be a prouder coach right now!

Quick and easy Taco bowl!

500 calories and 50g protein!

Brown off some 5% mince, add in some mexican(ish) seasoning, cumin, Paprika, Oregano, black pepper, garlic and a splash of water and let that simmer away.

Meanwhile, grab a simple rice pouch, and whack that in the microwave.

Slice up some salady type stuff, Lettuce and the like.

Whack it all in a bowl with some Salsa, sour cream and grated cheese, add in a few tortilla chips and bish bash bosh you've got yourself a massive bowl of tastiness!
