We offer dance, dance fitness and choreography classes, courses and workshops for young adults(teenagers/ Teens) and Adults of all ages, including โ€˜Young at Heart' classes and courses suitable for the over 50's or for those who want a more gentle class, all delivered throughout each year. We offer various short courses, workshops and events delivered at various venues throughout the year and have a history of working with many schools, universities and colleges for student or staff events.
