Busy doesn’t have to mean you stop 👀

Because if you only work on yourself when life is calm… you’ll literally be waiting forever 😬

Which is the trap that sooo many mums fall into.

“I’m too busy right now.”
“There’s no point.”
“I’ll start again when things calm down a bit.”

Except life NEVER calms down 😂

There will always be:
➡️ School runs
➡️ Work stress
➡️ Family stuff
➡️ A million tabs open in your brain at once

And if you keep pressing pause every time life gets messy, you’ll keep ending up back at square one.

I’m a big believer that some of the best progress can be made during the messy weeks 👏🏼

Even if it looks like:
✨ 2 workouts instead of 4
✨ 8k steps instead of 10k
✨ Quick meals instead of perfect meal prep
✨ Doing SOMETHING instead of nothing

Coz that still counts.

Best thing you can do is learn how to keep showing up for yourself, even when life is sh*t.

Because THAT is the version of you who finally stops starting over ✨

Something I noticed during my bikini competition prep last year was that having a clear goal was an absolute GAME CHANGER.

Honestly, the difference was mad.
Knowing I had a specific date in the diary where I’d be stepping on stage in a sparkly bikini completely changed the way I approached everything 👙💎

Suddenly there was no room for:
“That’ll do.”
“Close enough.”
“I’ll do it tomorrow.”

Because the thought of stepping on stage feeling underprepared? Absolutely not 🙅🏼‍♀️

That goal gave every decision a purpose. It got me out of bed. It got me through the hard days. It kept my focus sharp when motivation disappeared.

And do you know what, that kind of focus isn’t just for bodybuilders. I’ve seen exactly the same thing happen with my clients. Especially the women who sign up for our CC photoshoots. The second the shoot date gets locked in, everything changes:

🔥 Workouts suddenly have purpose
🔥 Food choices become easier
🔥 Consistency improves
🔥 The excitement replaces the overwhelm

Because now there’s something tangible to work towards.
And the best part is that it isn’t even really about the photos. It’s about how they feel - confident, strong and mega proud of themselves. Like the woman they’ve been working so hard to become.

Seeing themselves through someone else’s lens honestly changes EVERYTHING.
And most women walk away saying the same thing: “I wish I’d done this sooner.” 💖

So if you’ve been feeling a bit stuck lately... a bit flat. A bit “meh” about your goals.

Maybe the answer isn’t more motivation. Maybe the answer is a better goal.
Something exciting. Something meaningful. Something that gets you out of your comfort zone just enough to make you grow.

Because goals create focus. And focus creates action. And action creates results.

You don’t need to step on a bodybuilding stage. You don’t need to become obsessed. You just need something that lights a little fire inside you 🔥

DIET DIARIES WEEK 5 ✨

Start weight: 66.4kgs
New low weight: 63.9kgs 📉

Not gonna lie… this week has been a SERIOUS test of patience 😮‍💨

For around 8 or 9 days my weight literally stayed the same (I’m talking to the GRAM haha) and I’d be lying if I said THOSE thoughts didn’t creep in…

“What if I can’t lose weight like I used to?”
“What if the meds I’m on have completely changed things?”

I’ve literally been an angel and attacked this past couple of weeks like I was back on prep, so I was ANGRY hahaha 😭

And then just when it looked like nothing was happening… BOOM. Big drop on the scales. Happy dayssss 💃🏼

Such a good reminder that progress isn’t always linear and sometimes your body is still working behind the scenes even when the scales are being a dramatic little gremlin 😂

Anyway… we move.

Visuals have still been improving, new lines coming through, clothes falling off… so we trusted the process and now we’re back flying again 🚀

Around 4 weeks left of this mini cut now. Let’s have ittt 💪🏼
