Why Process Beats the Hack.

Ever wondered why short cuts, even when they work often lead to a feeling of inadequate quiet, or they simply just dont deliver on what they promised?

Ever question why you didnt just put in the hard yards, earn the reward, work for the outcome?

Often, if not always the Process is actually the part that counts. Not the Outcome.

Its the same psychology that documents how so often the journey is better than the destination.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - 50 SESSION SALE
​Eligibility: This offer is strictly for new clients only and cannot be applied to existing training packages.
​Payment: The full discounted rate of £1000 must be paid in advance to secure the booking. This payment is non-refundable.
​Frequency: The standard schedule is a maximum of one (1) session per week.
​Carry-Over Policy: If you miss a week, that session is not lost immediately. You may complete a "catch-up" session (allowing for 2 sessions in a single week) within two weeks of the missed date. Any sessions not caught up within this two-week window will be forfeited.
​Cancellations: My standard cancellation policy applies. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and cannot be carried over.
​Expiry: This package must be completed within 12 months of purchase.

Building on previous discussions today, we look at how you can add an 'Activity Factor' to your Energy Expenditure calculations.

This is particularly important for those who are NOT trying to lose weight but are either active and wanting to maintain, or even more so, wishing to build and therefore needing a calorie excess.

Personally, I feel that knowing how to work these things out and being able to use this information to help us to inform our eating and exercising habits can only be a good thing.

If we consider food as fuel (we can still enjoy it), we are less likely to consistently over indulge and end up with habits we wish we didn't.

Everything is about choice... and if you can make your decision in choices, educated ones... then you are in a good position.

Find yourself, surround yourself, with supportive people.

Build communities.

Support others, allow yourself to be supported by others, and give selflessly.

The reality of how many calories we actually require is often something of a shock to people.

The above are the requirements of calories without factoring activity into our daily routine, but for many, there is a genuine lack of daily physical activity.

It is important to know what is, and is not a reasonable amount of calories to consume in order to manage and maintain a healthy adult weight.

In October 2024, I and these absolute superstar human beings set off to summit the World's tallest free standing mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.

Along the way we had laughs, tears and adventures galore, and we also managed to raise jusy shy of a whopping £40000 for the Charity

Today, at 4pm, the release of the official film will take place on the Charities YouTube channel.
