** Next Fit, Fun & Fabulous Online Strength Programme Drops Today**
🏋️♀️ As you may know, if you’ve been following me for a while, we have an online community of people interested in learning more about strength training and using free weights.
🏋️♀️ Today I’ve released a further weights programme. New programmes are circulated every 6 weeks and clients run through the programme, independently, twice a week, to complement any other exercise routine. This time we’re focusing on chest, back and shoulders, working through a series of ‘supersets’.
🏋️♀️ Supersets are a fabulous weight training formula. They condense the time you need to train – so less rest between sets. They traditionally use opposing muscles groups (the push movement and the pull movement) for each exercise but have evolved to use the same muscles groups to really fatigue that muscle.
🏋️♀️ If you’re interested in joining this community and want to know more about strength training, pls get in touch. It’s £30 for each programme, which includes a live or online demonstration of the full programne, a community in which to share your successes as well as queries, online support and guidance throughout the 6 weeks, the loan of specific equipment, if needed, and a leaner, toner body at the end.
