These kids!!!! 😍😍😍
At the end of 4 hours training on Saturday, which was physically and mentally demanding, they completed 300 kicks and 300 punches!
300 is just a number, the teamwork and the drive to finish is the important stuff, if they can do this they can do anything in life!!!!
Friendships made forever!!

Thank you to everyone who stopped to chat, enquired about classes, had a go on the board breaking, thanks to the old students that humoured their old instructor moaning at how much you had grown!!
