Insane progress from… Every. Single. Angle. 👏🏽

Rae is a paediatric nurse 👩‍⚕️ so working ever changing shift patterns, including night shifts but never even a whisper of a moan she just cracks on and gets it done ☑️

More progress coming as we keep pushing forwards with Rae’s prep 🚀

10 weeks work with Carmen our main focus was glute growth & I think we can say we have made a solid dent on that goal ✔️🍑

This progress was made by getting solid routine in place, training 5 x days per week & Carmen learning about macros & how to fuel herself to progress in the gym 💪🏼

Prep start point for first timer ✨

Swipe along for December vs today’s check in comparisons 👏🏽 Becca is around 2kg heavier now after our structured improvement phases & has grown new muscle in all the right areas 🤩

As a first timer it’s common you will need to grow more muscle well… everywhere 😆

We focused on areas specific to the bikini class so a heavy focus on glutes & delts as well as quads, hamstrings & lats to improve on Becca’s already lovely structure whilst working to grow towards the bikini class criteria 🪄

Also worth noting Becca is a vegetarian 🌱 So yes you can grow muscle & compete if you are veggie!
