As the evenings get darker, we're inviting women across Ashford to come together for a FREE 5k night run at Julie Rose Stadium.

Whether you're an experienced runner or simply looking to be part of a supportive community event, we'd love to see you there.

🏃‍♀️ TRACK ATTACK IS BACK THIS OCTOBER! 🏃‍♂️

Looking for something active and fun for the October half term?

Our Track Attack sessions return on Monday 26th & Tuesday 27th October, giving children the chance to enjoy two action-packed mornings of athletics, games and challenges led by qualified Ashford Athletic Club coaches.

Perfect for children aged 6 to 13 years, Track Attack is designed to help young athletes build confidence, learn new skills and most importantly, have fun in a supportive environment.

📅 Monday 26th & Tuesday 27th October
⏰ 9am - 1pm
👧 Ages 6 to 13 years
💷 £34 per child for both days

Julie Rose Juniors is back for the new school term, giving children in school years 1-6 the chance to learn and develop a range of athletic skills in a friendly and supportive environment 🌟

From running and jumping to javelin and shot put, sessions are designed to build confidence, improve fitness and most importantly, have fun! 🥳

Sessions run during school term time only 📅

A huge congratulations to Ellin on her selection to represent England Schools at the SIAB Track & Field International in Belfast 👏

Competing in her first international event, Ellin delivered an outstanding performance in the 3000m Race Walk, securing 3rd place and achieving a fantastic new personal best of 16:10 🎉

This international debut marks a significant milestone in Ellin's athletics journey and is a testament to her hard work, dedication and commitment to the sport. We are incredibly proud to see another talented athlete from Ashford Athletic Club earn international honours and represent her country on such a prestigious stage 🌟

Ellin is also a valued member of the FLAIR (Freedom Leisure Athlete Investment & Recognition) Scheme, which supports talented local athletes in their pursuit of sporting excellence. Her success highlights the impact of the programme and serves as an inspiration to aspiring athletes across the region 🏅
