Massive congratulations to Ethan for an absolutely stellar performance at the British Field Championships 2026! Not only did he claim 1st place in his own U14 age category, but he also dominated the field by beating every single competitor in the U15, U16, and U18 junior boys divisions. To out-shoot the older categories and top the entire junior leaderboard is a phenomenal achievement.

Chris and Gordon headed down to the ground for a practice session on Sunday, and they certainly didn't make it easy on themselves with that weather! Even with the wind howling across the range, it didn't stop them from putting in the work and consistently finding the gold. It was a great bit of weekend practice, proving that gale-force winds are no match for their skills. 🎯💨

Practicing at Mersham sometimes involves a run-in with Rexy, our unmistakable 3D novelty target who happens to be a very bright shade of purple. While traditional targets are great for the basics, Rexy gives our archers a three-dimensional challenge.

He’s become a permanent, slightly eccentric fixture of our practice sessions - proving that even serious training is better when you’re aiming at a purple prehistoric guest! 🟣🦖🏹
