Quick and Totally Delicious 💫

This morning’s breakfast was a total win, fast, fresh, and bursting with flavour.
✨ Sourdough toast - golden and crisp
✨ Cottage cheese - creamy base layer
✨ Drizzle of honey - just the right touch of sweetness
✨ Avocado, spring onion, basil - chopped and tossed with a pinch of salt and pepper, then piled on top

Took me under 5 minutes to put together.

Give this a try, it may just be my new favourite.
