🌟 Star Teacher Winner 🌟

Congratulations to our Spring/Summer Star Teacher ... Annabel!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate their Teacher. We were overwhelmed and, as always, loved reading through the kind things you had to say about your wonderful Teachers.

Annabel's winning nomination came from Erin's parents. Here's what they had to say...

"Annabel is an exceptional swimming teacher who has completely transformed Erin’s confidence in the water. When Erin first started, she was too nervous to even put her head underwater. Thanks to Annabel’s patience, encouragement, and skill, Erin now happily swims underwater and even jumps in on her own—something we once never thought possible.

Over the past two years, Annabel has been the driving force behind Erin’s love of swimming. She understands Erin’s fears, particularly around swimming alone and being underwater, and has supported her through them with genuine care. At the same time, she recognises Erin’s boundless energy and channels it positively within her lessons. Annabel is a truly kind and dedicated teacher who has made a lasting impact on our family—Erin absolutely adores her, and she is wonderful with our baby Elise too.."

🌟 PJ WEEK: Monday, 11th - Sunday, 17th May 2026 🌟

Pyjama Week at Puddle Ducks teaches our swimmers invaluable personal survival skills, all while having lots of fun! Most water accidents will happen while your child is fully-clothed, so Pyjama Week will give a great indication of what this will feel like.

We hope you have a wonderful PJ week practicing your personal survival skills in water! 🏊

Arlo was delighted to be swimming star of the week, a few weeks ago, after Wendy noticed how hard he was working on his backstroke. He loves swimming and was so happy that his hard work had been noticed!
