Here's my 12 days of Christmas Kettlebell circuit for you to try!

Just like the song there are 12 days, each with a different gift.or in this case.... movement. The Days represent the number of repetitions.

Day 1 Deck the halls squat

Day 2 Over head "press" ents 1&1

Day 3 Pull the cracker rows

Day 4 Sn**ch the star onto the tree 2&2

Day 5 Down the baileys curls

Day 6 Angel halos 3&3

Day 7 Deadlift Santa's sack

Day 8 Step into Christmas (alt lunges) 4&4

Day 9 Sleigh rides around the world

Day 10 Zipping up the christmas onesie cleans

Day 11 Gesse a layin squats.

Day 12 Let the bells swing out for christmas!

Everytime you complete a day the next round then starts back a day 1 for example

1 ,1&2, 12&3 123&4 and so on until 12 rounds are completed!

There is a total of 364 reps altogether

12 deck squats
22 presses
30 rows
36 snatches
40 curls
42 halos
42 deallifts
40 lunges
36 around the worlds
30 cleans
22 squats
12 swings

Try this to time with as few rests as possible

This weekend gone I had the opportunity to assist at the StrongFirst SFG1 certification.
Had a great time catching up with the Team.
Was an honor to be part of the coaching team and help the candidates with their learning and testing. It was also an opportunity to grow my knowledge,reflect on my self as a teacher and as a student.

Here at jiu jitsu life we can also offer 121 coaching with Sam Stewart, Sam is the only StrongFirst certified SFG1 (kettlebell) and SFL (barbell) coach in Kent with years of experience in strength training and competition. His aim is to teach the tools that are required to get stronger, using simple but effective tried and tested methods. Some of his clients are aquiring these skills to compliment thier chosen sports like bjj, rugby, powerlifting etc, most for better quality and longevity of life.
