The class timetable will be running as normal but I do appreciate this heat is extreme and some may not want to Spin in these temperatures and completely understand that

Just like to wish two of my wonderful members Angela Carter and Micheal Carter a very Happy Anniversary ♥️married for 40 years 💕

I am very lucky to say I have had the pleasure of knowing this lovely couple for over ten years meeting them at the Gym where I taught spin before Covid (then OUTFIT was created) and now even luckier to say they are much loved members at OUTFIT 💕

Thankyou so much for the incredible cup cakes and sharing your anniversary with us 💕yet another fabulous creation from Izzy’s Cakes, Bakes & Puddings another much loved member of Outfit 🥰
