58 years young.
Nick works still, travels often, and still found a way to create structure and consistency around his lifestyle. Thatās why this has worked.
Heās not afraid of a challenge, and he understands that you only get out what you put in.
When Nick came to me 14 weeks ago, all he wanted was structure, routine, and accountability. We didnāt go extreme. We stayed consistent. We focused on small, sustainable habits that fit his life and thatās whatās allowed him to achieve the results he has so far, while continuing to improve week after week.
Most of this was built through training hard, setting daily goals, and ticking the boxes consistently. There was no strict āsetā diet plan. It was about training with intent, structure, safe ex*****on, and getting better every single week.
We swapped the constant snacking and chocolate bars for more structured meals and healthier alternatives, while still allowing him to enjoy downtime with his wife in smart moderation.
Could the results have come faster? Probably. But more restrictions donāt always mean better results. The goal was never a short-term fix, it was building something sustainable that Nick could genuinely enjoy and maintain long term.
This is what consistency, balance, and commitment look like.
Great work, Nick š
