Introducing Me! 💕

Hi, I’m Natalie💕

I’m a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer, and Mummy MOT® practitioner, passionate about helping women at every stage of life feel strong, confident, and capable. I split my time between the NHS and private work, supporting women through perinatal, postnatal, and menopausal transitions, or anyone with pelvic health concerns. I also see a number of athletes who want to return to sport.

I offer:
✨ Full postnatal checks with the Mummy MOT®
✨ Womens health physiotherapy assessments
✨ 1:1 and group PT sessions (baby-friendly!)
✨ Women’s and mixed bootcamps

Fitness is my passion, both professionally and personally. Exercise has been transformative for me both mentally and physically, helping me stay strong, balanced, and energized.

I’m also incredibly lucky to work alongside my wonderful husband, where we have built a successful personal training business of our own. It’s an honour to collaborate within this amazing space, exposing my clients to everything we’ve built together. We’re an incredible team, and I’m so excited about the future projects we’ve got in store to help even more people achieve their health and fitness goals.

As a mum to two beautiful girls, Ruby and Indie, I know firsthand how important it is for women to feel supported in their health and recovery.
My own journey into women’s health began after a traumatic labour, and it’s my mission to show women they CAN lift, run, and train safely and effectively at any age or stage of life. My own personal experiences have driven my mission to change the narrative and improve women’s health education.
Too often, I hear outdated advice and I’m here to help rewrite the rules. With the right approach, exercise can be safe, effective and transformative.

Let’s reduce the stigma, rewrite the myths, and show women just how powerful and capable they are. Together, we’ve got this! 💪💗

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Client reviews ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love hearing from all my wonderful ladies and the fact that reaching out and coming to see me has helped them not only physically but mentally too.

We very often discuss the physical symptoms we see and experience but we feel reluctant to talk about how they can affect our confidence and ultimately our mental health.

Do not sit in the background and suffer in silence, reach out if you are experiencing problems with your pelvic health and need to see someone for a management plan. I can assure you there is light at the end of the tunnel 💗💗

Urinary leakage!!!!! 😬😬😬😬😬😬

Yes the problem is we’ve now learnt to normalise it. In fact we laugh about it with friends and pass it off as the “norm” particularly when we’ve had children or hit a ‘certain age’.

We need to stop normalising this behaviour for women and instead start urging women to seek the help needed. Very often incontinence can lead to huge amount of anxiety and low self esteem, potentially even hindering the activities we partake in.

The good news…….. there are things that can be done to help with incontinence:- exercises, techniques and changes to lifestyle which collaboratively can hugely improve confidence in your body.

If you suffer with any incontinence issues I strongly urge you to seek out a women’s health physiotherapist for an assessment to get the treatment and advice you need.

I feel so honoured to have been asked to be part of 10 year anniversary.

I will be presenting two workshops over the weekend, one focused on pelvic health and another focused on all things women:- hormones, nutrition and exercise.

If you are local and fancy a fab day out with the family then I’d highly recommend going along to this amazing health club and spa over the weekend to join in with the fun and activities.

If you want to sign up to the few spaces available on the available workshops then get in touch with for more information.

I’m excited to meet new faces and educate as many women as I can which will hopefully provide some value in one way or another.

⭐️ ⭐️ This is what physio clinics should look like!!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️

When you think of physio what springs to mind????

✅ Getting on a plinth and your physio giving you a rub and some gentle manipulations

✅Being advised to stop all activity and rest for over a week

✅ Just go and take painkillers to manage your symptoms

✅ Given some boring exercises which you know won’t get your juices flowing.

I imagine this resonates with most of you, in all areas of physio. Instead physios now should work with you to educate you on how to modify and progress back up to the exercises you should be doing which will set you up for the rest of your life.

Strength training and stretch/mobility exercises have been proven to be the medicine for most our aches/pains and dysfunctions at whatever stage of your life you may be in. Remember very often many of our issues come from muscles being tight and others being weak! Continuing to do a home body weight programme for months on end or incorporating 2kg weights is unfortunately never going to get you the results you want long term. No ❌❌…. instead you should be educated on how to start lifting weights safely and effectively.

Find a physio who will inspire you to get back to activities you might have been told to stop. When I set out on my physio journey I always knew the kind of physio I wanted to be and I remain true to this when working with all my clients.

🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Please try not to be part of this statistic! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Whilst it’s fantastic that the women’s health world is starting to open up to more conversations and research we still have a huge way to go!

If you are someone experiencing symptoms which you feel too “embarrassed to talk about” just remember that there are so many health professionals out there who DO want to listen to your story, and I’m sure it’s something they have heard or seen before so no need to feel embarrassed in any way.

Whilst it’s shameful to feel there is still a stigma around talking about our vaginas, s*x, incontinence, menopause and so many other things, it’s so important to not suffer in silence and to feel reassured that there are practitioners who specialise in these areas.

If this post resonates with you in any way then please get in touch for a consultation or 1:1 assessment.
