After 17 years doing not a very good job coaching but did my level best to keep the lads playing football , I’ve decided to knock it on the head. It’s been an absolute pleasure and I’ve enjoyed every minute, but sometimes in life it’s time to call it a day. All I can say is, UP THE CASTLES.

A fantastic effort by the seniors yesterday who managed to raise £1100 in their annual Christmas charity game. This year’s charities are Acorn Hospice and Loros. The game ended 6-6 and was decided on penalties with the blue team coming out on top. A big thank you to everyone who donated prizes for the raffle and also to the White Hart who provided food for the lads after the game.

A great performance away from home by the Castles today. Conceded half way through the first half against the run of play, but equalised just before half time. We continued to dominate the second half running out 4-1 winners.
