Our next game is a special one 🧡💙

Next Sunday, 21st June, is Fathers Day and the club's 6th birthday and we will face our brothers from Sands United Derby.

Every single baby that has been remembered as a part of SUFC Ashby over the years will be a part of the game as we play on this special day ⚽️😇

We are proud to announce that we have been nominated for a BBC Make a Difference award in the "Active" category. Following hundreds of nominations, a panel of judges have put us through to the final 4 🥳🥳 We will be attending an awards night in September to find out the winner 🏆

Any recognition of what we do is amazing as it also raises awareness of who we are and why we do what we do do 🏆

This Sunday we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for weather for our 2nd annual Becky Wykes memorial game (thats our 5th annual game verses the Albert Village XI)

We play in memory of Becky who had an influence in both teams over the years.

On Saturday we faced Derbyshire United in a tough match against a very good opponent, coming away with a 4-2, the lads showed some great grit and determination in what was a scorching day. Brilliant goals from Warren (his 50th for the club) and captain for the day Josh were high points 🧡💙🩷
