Agility, Balance & Coordination for Everyday Confidence.
A dynamic skill based fitness session designed to sharpen the three pillars of functional movement: agility, balance and coordination. The class blends playful drills with purposeful strength and mobility work, helping participants move more quickly, react more smoothly and stabilise more effectively in daily life. Exercises are progressive and adaptable, supporting a wide range of abilities while building confidence in movement patterns that keep the body responsive, resilient and ready for anything.
