Agility, Balance & Coordination for Everyday Confidence.

A dynamic skill based fitness session designed to sharpen the three pillars of functional movement: agility, balance and coordination. The class blends playful drills with purposeful strength and mobility work, helping participants move more quickly, react more smoothly and stabilise more effectively in daily life. Exercises are progressive and adaptable, supporting a wide range of abilities while building confidence in movement patterns that keep the body responsive, resilient and ready for anything.

Class highlight - Heart Fit.

Move for a Stronger, Healthier Heart.

A varied, heart friendly fitness session designed to support cardiovascular health through a mix of gentle aerobic movement, light strength work and rhythm based exercises. The class introduces different types of activity shown to benefit heart function, circulation and overall stamina, all delivered at an accessible pace with options for different abilities. Participants build confidence in moving consistently, safely and enjoyably while learning how diverse forms of exercise can contribute to long term heart health.

Class Highlight - Movement Playground.

Discover how capable your body still is — and how much fun movement can be.
Our Parkour‑inspired movement session for adults 60+ helps you build balance, coordination and everyday confidence in a safe, guided environment.

We’ll explore simple obstacles like steps, floors and low structures, practising how to move with ease, stability and awareness. It’s playful, low‑pressure and designed to help you stay active, independent and resilient in daily life.

No experience needed. Everything is scaled, supported and taken at your pace.
