A Heartfelt Thank You from Carsington Sports & Leisure

After 33 wonderful years’ operating on this beautiful site, we’ve had to make the incredibly difficult decision to close.

We want to take this moment to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported us — our amazing customers, our dedicated staff past and present, the local businesses and NGBs we’ve partnered with, and of course Severn Trent Water Ltd, who we’ve worked closely with to help deliver the best possible experiences on their site.

We have appointed Opus Restructuring LLP to assist with placing the company into creditors’ voluntary liquidation.

As you can imagine, this is an emotional time for all of us. Many of our team members have dedicated years to making this company what it is, and we are so proud of everything we’ve achieved together.

Regarding future activities on the water: Severn Trent Water Ltd will be reviewing how these may be offered moving forward. We don’t yet have any details on when or how access will resume, so we recommend contacting them in the New Year for updates.
