Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm Cardio Blast
Circuits classes just got a whole lot more fun with Cardio Blast. Sweat happy in this energetic mixed circuits class that burns cals, helps build strength and improves your cardiovascular health. Involving exercise in your life = happiness (seriously, though, endorphins are wonderful chemicals in our bodies released during exercise designed to help us feel happy and relaxed - like s*x, without the nudity and like chocolate without the after-guilt). This hour long session is perfect for beginners or advanced fitness levels and is adaptable to your abilities. We use high energy cardio exercises, body weight, resistance, cables and classic weighted exercises to whip that body into shape and create fantastic after-burn effects.
