📣Are you looking to get moving but struggle with childcare? Then why not come and give our classes a go!

💃🏼Well known music, easy to follow circuits based class in a clean, safe space with mats available for little ones to lie on or books for older kiddies too.

💪🏼Exercises are designed to help rebuild your core, pelvic floor and overall body strength following childbirth and you can join us no matter what your little one’s age, so long as you’ve had your 8 week postnatal check (12 for c section).

📣RETURNING TO THE VENUE THIS WEDNESDAY📣

It’s January and it’s time to get mobung again now Christmas and new year are behind us.

Bring your little ones with you and regain your fitness in a safe, friendly space.

This Mummy Moves is all about regaining your strength and fitness post birth or any stage of motherhood, but with the benefit of not needing childcare.

Exrcises are aimed at the tummy, bum, legs and arms to help you help look after your little ones as they grow.

Classes £6 per parent.

Need a minimum of 5 for classes to go ahead each week.
