New client Matt working on Internal right hip rotation to encourage better launch condition. Matt suffered with excessive lateral sway during backswing which meant he had a big sway during downswing aswell.

How many golfers do you see still disgruntled or reeling from their previous shot?
Question I always ask my clients is do you have a pre shot routine that allows you to focus on the shot in front of you.
Usual response is
"Well kind of"
"I just grab a club and hit it"
"Don't like to do one as I don't want to slow the group down" ⏲️
Get a consistent routine that enables you to solely focus on the next shot in front of you.

Big backswing upgrades for new client Bradley he would normally struggle with timing due to his excessively long backswing which would see low point issues and a left miss.
We widened his stance which created better stability around his rotation, along with improved awareness of backswing length.
