When people see me in a deep squat whilst queuing I always get strange looks 👀 but in the end what’s better - always staying either standing or seated, conditioning your body to be limited in its ability to move OR actually using it and moving in various different ways so that you find movement comfortable and even enjoyable?
What I teach in class is all about learning to move well and with ease 🤸🏻♀️ Us mums have so many things to do and think about and it’s hard enough to dedicate time to train as it is - let alone training mobility, balance and coordination.
Therefore I recommend building these skills we learn in class into your everyday life🙌🏻
