Exiting news here at CFA as the team grows we build and we are exited to be releasing a new class ‘Super Saturday, starting this weekend !

What will super Saturday consist off ? 1 Hour of weightlifting to replace Barbell club followed by a juicy WOD to create our super Saturday session 👌💪🏋️‍♂️

Get down try it out and we look forward to getting our new Saturday sessions underway 💪
