Hi, I’m Conner 👋🏼

I’m a fitness coach and professional performer who has worked all over the world, travelling to more than 65 countries. Alongside my performing career, I’ve built my experience and passion within the health and fitness industry, helping people from a wide range of backgrounds achieve their individual goals.

Through Harling Coaching, I offer 1-to-1 coaching at Blackline Gym in Ascot for both members and non-members, as well as online coaching for those looking for expert guidance without in-person training.

I create personalised workout plans and nutritional guidance around each individual’s goals, lifestyle and experience, with a strong focus on sustainable progress, injury prevention and longevity.

By integrating healthier lifestyle practices that can be maintained long term, I aim to help clients not only look and feel their best, but also improve their overall health and quality of life.
