One of the biggest misconceptions in fitness is that form is only important for advanced lifters.
In reality, form is where progress begins.
Good technique helps you train the right muscles, reduce unnecessary strain, and build confidence in what you are doing. It turns exercise from “just getting through it” into training with purpose.
That is where a PT can be so valuable, giving you guidance, feedback and the kind of small corrections that make a big difference over time.
