NEW YEAR 6 WEEK CHALLENGE RESULTS ๐๐ผ๐ฅ
Huge congratulations to our winner Ed.
Over 6 weeks he achieved:

Measurements down
Increased strength and hit PBs even in a calorie deficit
Runner up Nicola smashed it too:

Improved her running
Hit her daily step target
Hit her protein targets consistently
