A big well done and shout out, to Luke, a great man, athlete and trainee of Old Sool Personal Training The Weyman Way. On Finnishing the London to Brighton Ultra Marathon. It was a tough 2 years of training set back by injury but by listening to my guidance, experience and knowledge, as well as his consistent hard work and effort. I am realy proud of his achievement at completing such a difficult event, running 62 miles non stop. Well done mate.
