Justin Rose kept in touch with the brilliant golf over the Blue Course yesterday as his Rose Ladies Series approaches its climax.

While Justin was shooting a superb 66 in the first round of the US PGA in San Francisco, his co-creator of the Rose Ladies Series, wife Kate, enjoyed the action with The Berkshire Club Men’s Captain Duncan Ritchie in stunning conditions at The Berkshire.

Justin passed on this message from California to everyone involved with this innovative event. He said: “Thanks to everyone at The Berkshire Golf Club, a fantastic venue for the penultimate round of the Rose Ladies Series. Kate and I were thrilled by the condition and set-up of the golf course and to receive so much positivity and enthusiasm from the members and officials at The Berkshire. It was a special day for us and for all the competitors in the Rose Ladies Series.”
