Junior Groups Explained 🟢

Green sessions are the next age group up from orange, and aimed at players from 10-12. Players now progress to hitting over the main tennis net on the full court.

Pressurised balls are used which are closer to a ‘real’ tennis ball, but with a slightly slower bounce giving time to develop solid technique, movement and coordination on the full court.

Term Time Tennis is Back! ✨

If you’re as inspired as we are by the superb performances of teenagers Emma Raducanu and Leylah Fernandez in reaching the final of the US Open Tennis Championships, then you’ll be itching to get back to regular tennis sessions ASAP! 🎾🤩

Junior Groups Explained 🟠

Orange sessions are aimed at children aged 8-10. Players now progress to hitting over the main tennis net on a reduced size court suitable for their size and strength.

Smaller balls are used which are closer to a ‘real’ tennis ball, but with a slower bounce giving time to develop solid technique, movement and coordination.
