Whether you’re an experienced player looking for a new challenge, or a young player making the transition from youth football into the senior game, we’d love to see you come along and get involved.

🟠⚫️ NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM ⚫️🟠

We are delighted to welcome our new management team of Lee Stirling, Jordan Greer and Charlie Webb to the club ahead of the upcoming season.

The trio join having most recently managed Ballymoney Athletic, while Lee and Charlie also grew up in the village. (Quite some time ago now).

This marks an exciting new chapter as we look forward to building on strong foundations both on and off the pitch. The club is excited to begin this journey under the new regime as preparations get underway for the season ahead.

As we continue to strengthen the squad, we would love to hear from experienced players looking for a new challenge, as well as ambitious young players seeking a pathway into the men's game.

Another season comes to an end, and the club held their season awards night tonight in The Village Tavern Bar, Articlave.

We had a great turnout to reward all of the people that helped keep local football alive in the village - though we would give everyone an award if we could.

🟠⚫️ END OF SEASON REPORT ⚫️🟠

Now that the season is over, the committee would like thank the management, the sponsors, the support, and most importantly the players that kept the club ticking over this season.

We started the season with a few frustrating results, but by the turn of the new year we had a fresh wave of new faces in, and put in some fantastic performances against some big teams - ultimately resulting in pulling ourselves out of the bottom of the league to mid table. Combined with a new management team coming in, there’s a real sense of optimism around the club now.

Articlave will progress into the 2026/27 season with a fantastic group of lads that will be ready to do it all over again, with an aim to replicate our past league-winning success.

We would like to thank all supporters that stuck by us this season, no matter the result, and to all the sponsors that ensured that local football remains in Articlave.

Roll on the 2026/27 season, we’re impatient already!

Our end of season night will be in The Village Tavern Bar, Articlave this Saturday 30th May from 6pm onwards (awards at 7.30pm) - all players, sponsors and supporters are welcome, and there will be plenty of music, food, drink and craic 🟠⚫️
