It was two weeks before Christmas and all through the place not a creature was stirring apart from this face… he wanted to kick all week long… so he tortured his students and even sang songs! Kick high and kick well he asked of them all… so kick high and kick well, did the big and the small… kick fast and kick slow it will strengthen your hips, no need for acrobatics nor any fancy flips… practice this drill you’re a black belt in the making… master this drill you will pass your next grading😅😏

It’s been a very busy few weeks!! There is still a bit more work to do to make it home but we have-

Moved out of Worrall Avenue…

Moved into 9B Catton Road…

Got rid of so much excess things we didn’t need…

Taken down a wall to extend the training area…

Lay down the mats…

Set out plans to make it as user friendly as possible.

And ready to have the IMA Warriors Return after a crazy half term that wasn’t expected!
