On our Tuesday | Thursday | Friday sessions, BKS members have the opportunity to book a friend or family member in to come along and experience kickboxing!

This is also a great opportunity for our members to test their own knowledge and skills, helping to guide and support their guest throughout the session.

Train together, learn together and share the BKS experience! 💪

THE NEW WAVE OF TBKS TALENT HAS ARRIVED!

Today our newly announced TBKS fighters stepped onto the tatami — and they most certainly STEPPED UP!

An extremely impressive display across the board, with fantastic performances, positive attitudes and a strong competitive mindset from every fighter.

This is a new beginning for these young athletes. New challenges, new experiences and another opportunity to show exactly what the future of TBKS looks like.

What a fantastic opening day for the TBKS Fight Team! 🔥
Today was about much more than medals. Our fighters stepped onto the mats with courage, belief and a determination to perform.

We saw some brilliant performances throughout the day, but what impressed us most was the positive attitude and positive mindset shown by every fighter.

When things went our way, we stayed humble. When challenges came, we responded positively, learned and kept moving forward. That is what being part of this team is all about.

FROM TBKS TO THE WORLD STAGE — WE COULDN’T BE PROUDER.

There are moments in sport that mean more than medals, trophies and results.
This is one of those moments.

Seven TBKS fighters have earned the honour of representing TEAM ENGLAND at the World Championships in France. 🇫🇷

From the countless hours of training to the challenges, victories and lessons along the way, you have continued to push yourselves and represent TBKS with pride.

Mention also goes to Coach Warren Bennett, who will proudly continue his journey as a Team England National Coach for a third year.

To have seven TBKS fighters representing England, alongside our coach at international level, is a fantastic achievement for our team and everyone connected with BKS Martial Arts & Fitness.

Be proud of how far you’ve come — but stay hungry for what comes next.

A massive round of applause and our HUGEST appreciation to absolutely everyone involved in today’s BKS Martial Arts & Fitness Interclub.

Today was about so much more than competition. It was about courage, confidence, development, respect and stepping outside your comfort zone.

To every fighter who stepped onto the tatami — YOU SHOULD BE PROUD! 🥋

For many of you, today was your very first experience of competition, and it takes real courage to step forward, face the nerves and put yourself out there.

You stepped up. You competed. You learned. You grew. 💪

Win, lose or draw — today was a victory in personal development. Every round, every point and every experience is another building block for the future.

A huge thank you to all the officials, volunteers and everyone working behind the scenes. Events like today simply don’t happen without people giving their time, energy and support.

Today also marks another exciting milestone as the guys collect their official Team England kits ahead of representing their country at the ICO World Championships in France

Moments like this are what all the hard work, commitment, sacrifices and countless hours of training are for.
