The Red B@st@rd - heavy lateral raise machine.

See a lot of members trying it double arm - it ain’t going to be the one for 90% of folk. But the arms are independent, single arm it’s sweet for everyone.

Face the machine for a side raise - and stand against the machine for a front raise.

Yes there are loads of pretty equivalents around - even some where you can switch the handle round and use it as a pec fly…they ain’t as heavy…

Well it ever get stacked - god only knows 😉

Life Fitness - pec and rear fly machine. Some really nice pieces came out of the Optima Series range.

Still see a few unsure faces with handle positions and where to sit so here’s another mr.happy demo.

Handles folded out and front facing for pec fly. Nice deep stretch, and can touch wrists at the front.

Handles span in and back facing for rear delts.

91kg stack and more than capable of having 3 x 25kgs pinned to it, and/or can be used single arm 😁

What is it ? Is it for triceps? Why use it?

Force Lat pullover - goat exercise and a must in a proper back day.

This is a VERY lat biased machine compared to other variations - with a heavy enough stack and it can be used single arm if needed.

What kind of di****ad spends a week posting all the gym machines then drops another two in the week after 🤣🤣 anyway….

Universal Gym low pulley cable - heavy as F**K stack. Bicep curl, upright rows, glute kickbacks - anything you would use a single cable at low level for. Even comes with the original bicep curl attachment, that’s older than me so don’t let it be thrown on the floor (it has a little holder). READY TO USE.

Fitness linear leg press - some of you guys requested this so we sourced one. Now don’t be letting me down and posting videos of s**t reps and 550kg of plates you can’t move 🤣 same brand as the hack squat so will look cute upstairs side by side. Will be built by tomorrow PM. Now I can’t see any reason for anyone to even touch this never mind try to use it in its current state, but one thing I’ve learnt is some of you are thick as pudding. DO NOT TOUCH.

That’s it now. No new machines till the floor is built. But not too far away we will be dropping:

1 - Panatta Sports old school glute kickback.
2 - Something like the Granite Gym Equipment TbJP hyper extension (probably that one as it’s cool)
3 - 100kg cable crossover.
4 - more cardio bits, blah blah blah.
5 - anything I see that I like.
