Wednesdays 9 30am STRENGTH & FLOW ( Weight training & Pilates combo ) at Ardmore Recreation centre Armagh

Wednesdays 6 & 7 pm TRX MIX (suspension bands) at Pilates haven studio Armagh

Fridays. 9 30am PILATES at Ardmore Recreation centre Armagh

5 week blocks
1 class per week £40
2 classes per week £75
