Combined Martial Arts Academy The combined Martial Arts academy is a club set up teach Martial arts to adults and kids, male and female. We teach techniques that are proven to work.

The founding members are Jimmy Hughes, Peter Murtagh, Seamus Mc Cooey and Nail Hughes and is a non-profit organisation. The club is run on a committee of a Chairman, Treasurer, and a Secretary. The club is affiliated to two other Organisations Tang Soo Do Ireland in Limerick under the guidance 7th Dan Master Des Galligan, teaching traditional Korean Karate and also to JKD Ireland in Lurgan under t

he guidance of Sifu Martin O Neill, teaching JKD the system created by Bruce Lee. Our instructors train on a regular basis with their senior instructors and attend Seminars both in Tang Soo Do and JKD and are constantly improving their training methods, teaching in a disciplined, friendly and safe environment. The syllabus covers techniques such as Punching, Kicking, Trapping, Grappling, Joint Locking, Throws, Leg Sweeps and Forms taught in a professional manner. We don’t claim to have all the answers but we do our best so you do your best.
