🎭Thank you to everyone that joined me for the launch of our Broadway Boogie evening class on Monday - you were all stars!!!🎭

I had the best time and I hope you all enjoyed it too! This class will be continuing on a weekly basis Mondays 6:30-7:20pm at Arlesey Village Hall.

☀️Just a reminder all classes are running this week☀️

Our Broadway Boogie and Clubbercise classes this week are going to fun and sweaty with the weather being HOT!!!

But don’t worry i will be bringing the fans to classes this week and will also be bringing ice pops for us to enjoy and cool down with after each class!

I will give lots of lower impact options but of course please take the class at your own pace and listen to your body and take breaks as/ when you need to!

Some extra tips for class with the hot weather:

If you have a little hand held fan bring these along.

Pop your drinks in the fridge / freezer and hydrate before, during and after class

Wet a hand towel and pop it in the freezer for a couple of hours!

Wear light, breathable clothing to help keep cool.

And as I said above please listen to body, feel free to keep to the low impact options and take a break as / when needing to.
