❗️THIS SATURDAY - I will be at Arlesey Summer Fete - come join me for tasters or to come say hello - see details below 👇🏼 ❗️

☀️🪩💃Come see me at my stall this Saturday 5th September @ Arlesey Recreation Ground (field behind our arlesey hall venue) ! 💃🪩☀️

I will be delivering FREE taster sessions throughout the day of mini street and Pre-ballet for the children. These classes are focused at children 3-6yrs AND Clubbercise and Broadway Boogie for the adults.

These are the taster times

🩰 Pre-Ballet: 11:30am-11:45am

🔈Mini Street: 12:15-12:30pm

🪩 Clubbercise: 1-1:15pm

🎩 Broadway Boogie: 1:45-2pm

Come say hello and find out class info anytime from 11am-2pm AND come have a boogie with me at the taster times above and see what the classes are all above. It will be lovely to see both new and current members from the Beat Box Studio dance and fitness family!

🪩🪩🪩Clubbercise is the fitness class without heels or hangovers in a clubbing environment with GLOWSTICKS!!! In the dark!

🪩💪🏼Clubbercise Combat * Tone is a class that focuses on the combat and toning tracks from Clubbercise.

💕38 WEEKS & STILL CLUBBERCISE-ING!💕🤰

A HUGE shoutout to our amazing Clubbercise superstar, Holly🌟

Holly has been part of our Beat Box Studio family for years, and what makes this even more special is that she’s continued coming along, moving, dancing and bringing her amazing energy throughout her pregnancy… up to 38 WEEKS PREGNANT!

You are a superstar! 🌟 Of course, Holly been listening to her body and adapting the routines to ensure they are low impact, but she’s shown that pregnancy doesn’t mean you have to stop doing something you love. ❤️

All at Beat Box Studio are SO proud of you!

Not long to go now until we get to meet the newest little Clubbercise fan…I can wait EEEEK! 👶🎉
