🍃It was a pleasure to deliver the Thriving as a Team workshop for Metalic Elephant.

🍃The session was filled with great conversations, engagement, and a genuine commitment from the team to learn and grow together. We explored the power of developing the right mindset, building resilience, embracing accountability and consistency, strengthening effective communication, and understanding how body language influences the way we connect and collaborate with one another.

🍃What made the workshop so rewarding was the openness, honesty, and enthusiasm shown by everyone at Metalic Elephant. The team’s willingness to reflect, share ideas, and support one another created a fantastic atmosphere, and it was inspiring to see everyone fully invested throughout the day.

🍃Working with Nikki at Paradigm Coaching has been a genuinely valuable experience for both me and the Oakheart team.

🍃Nikki brings a huge amount of life experience and practical knowledge to the table, and her coaching feels grounded and relatable rather than textbook. She creates a safe but focused environment where people feel comfortable being open, while still being challenged to grow.

🍃Nikkis wellbeing days with the whole Oakheart Property Group gave the team space to reset, reflect and reconnect, something that’s easy to neglect in a fast-paced office. The feedback from the team after those sessions was overwhelmingly positive, with many saying they felt both heard and re-energised.

🍃More recently, Nikki has worked closely with us at our Mersea office on more focused coaching. This has been invaluable. ❤️For those healing from heartbreak.
❤️For those quietly carrying grief while the world posts roses.

❤️If today feels heavy instead of joyful, you’re not alone.
